1. What we sell
Fontswala sells digital font software — downloadable font files delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Every purchase grants you a license to use the font as described in our Licensing Terms; ownership of the font software and all intellectual property in it remains with Pranishi Digital.
2. Pricing and payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
- Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect orders that have already been paid for.
3. Delivery
Font files are delivered digitally, immediately after successful payment — on the order confirmation screen, by email, and in your account’s order history. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
4. Accounts
You may create an account to view your orders and re-download purchased fonts. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide a valid email address — it is where your download links are sent.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, resell, redistribute, or re-host purchased font files;
- use the website or fonts for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to bypass payment, scrape font files, or interfere with the operation of the website.
6. Intellectual property
All fonts, poster artwork, images, and text on this website are the property of Pranishi Digital and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of any font.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Because fonts are digital products delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after the files have been delivered. Genuine issues — failed delivery, duplicate payment, or defective files — are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Fonts are provided “as is”. We test our fonts carefully, but we do not warrant that they will be error-free in every software environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered place of business of Pranishi Digital, India.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
