Everything sold on Fontswala is a digital product. Font files are delivered electronically — nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners, or delivery addresses involved.
1. How delivery works
- Complete your payment securely through Razorpay.
- Your font download is available immediately on the order confirmation screen.
- A download link is also sent to the email address used at checkout.
- Your purchase is saved to your account — you can re-download it anytime from your order history.
2. Delivery timeline
Delivery is instant in normal conditions. In the rare case of a technical issue, your download will be made available within a maximum of 24 hours of successful payment.
3. Didn’t receive your font?
- Check your email’s spam/junk folder for the confirmation email.
- Log in to your account and open your order history.
- Still nothing? Email hello@fontswala.com with your order ID and we will resolve it within 24 hours. If we cannot deliver, you receive a full refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. What you receive
Each order delivers a ZIP file containing the licensed font files and installation instructions. Your license details are described in our Licensing Terms.
